Terms of Service

These terms apply to rallyandtribe.com, operated by Rally AF, LLC of Mount Pleasant, Texas. Cade, at hicade.com, is operated by the same company under its own terms.

Use it lawfully and in good faith. Don’t use it to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, send spam, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or misrepresent who you are.

Design and consulting work is quoted and agreed separately, in writing, before it begins. Scope, price, timeline and what you receive are set out in that agreement — nothing on this website is an offer or a binding quote.

On delivery and payment in full, final approved artwork is yours to use. Working files, unused concepts and third-party assets such as licensed fonts and stock photography are handled in the project agreement, because those terms differ per project and per license.

We do not text you because you visited this site. Text messages come only from Cade, and only if you created an account at hicade.com and separately ticked a box — unchecked by default — asking us to.

Agreeing to these terms is not agreeing to receive text messages. That consent is given separately, is never required to work with us or to use Cade, and can be withdrawn any time by replying STOP. The words, images, logos and layouts here are ours or our clients’. Client work is shown with permission and remains the property of the client. Don’t reuse any of it without asking.

This website is provided as-is. We keep it accurate and current, but we don’t warrant that it is error-free or continuously available.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
